Last year, we walked around Holy Angel University's University Days like everyone else.

We ate, we watched the events, we felt the energy and at some point, we said it quietly to ourselves: One day, Buffs Chicken will be here. There was no rush attached to that thought. No deadline. Just a simple goal we carried with us, knowing it would happen when the timing felt right.

This January 28 to 30, 2026, that goal finally happened. Buffs Chicken at Holy Angel University's University Days 2026 as a merchant not because of hype, but because the timing finally made sense.

Why University Days Felt Like the Right Place

Holy Angel University's University Days move fast. Students are always on the go, attending performances, meeting up with friends, waiting in line for activities, and then rushing off to the next thing. Food in this context has a purpose to fulfill. That’s exactly the kind of setting our food was made for.

Buffs Chicken at Holy Angel University meant meeting people and serving them food in a place full of energy, conversation, and shared moments, which has always been what Buffs Chicken is about. Even during setup, watching the campus slowly come alive each day reminded us why this event mattered.

It was not simply about renting a booth or serving meals. Each serving was a moment in the rhythm of the university: students laughing at the spilled sauce, glimpses of the performers in between orders, friends reuniting and eating a simple meal. These moments made everything feel alive and real

Seeing Familiar Faces and New Ones

What made the experience feel special wasn’t just the event itself. It was the people.

Some students told us they’d ordered from us before. Others said a friend recommended us. A few admitted they’d been meaning to try Buffs Chicken but hadn’t gotten around to it yet. Being part of the Holy Angel University's University Days gave us a chance to have those conversations face-to-face, even if only for a short moment between orders.

Buffs Chicken at Holy Angel University was something we had dreamed about since the beginning. Being able to finally be there, to serve the HAU community, and to witness that dream come true is something we will always be thankful for.

Whether a student grabbing a snack before watching the events, friends celebrating something small, or someone discovering their new favorite flavor for the first time. These small momemnts made the days feel warmer and more meaningful than we could have ever imagined.
